When running the ClickToBuild.cmd file a bunch of errors occur for CKEditor (see screenshots for a more colorful version):

Hi, I have recently deployed my website to a shared hosting environment on IIS. In this environment, it seems that ckeditor.js cannot be downloaded because \Modules\CKEditor\Scripts\ckeditor contains an .htaccess file. Renaming this file solved the issue for me...

Hello,

I had an issue on Parts.CKEditorSettings.cshtml in that the Model being referenced was CKEditorSettingsPart instead of CKEditorSettingsPartRecord. It doesn't take long to fix but thought I might better mention this as you might want to fix this in the source code. Thanks

1. I've installed current version of CKEditor module from Orchard Gallery.
2. Disabled TineMce and enabled CKEditor.
3. Added new blog post using LiveWriter.
4. Navigated to edit blog post in admin UI.

There is no any editor UI, just plain text area with HTML. It's strange because I've staged my Orchard site locally and CKEditor did work as a charm. What can I do to debug this problem?
Comments: Well, it's not really a problem with the CKEditor distribution, it's a bug / incompatibility in DotNetPanel - see: http://forum.dotnetpanel.com/forums/t/6718.aspx Normally on Windows hosting, .htaccess files are ignored because they're an Apache convention. It seems your hosting is assigning special meaning to them but then failing because a particular value isn't set. You could raise this bug with DotNotPanel or even your hosting company. Since I'm redistributing a 3rd party open source package, I'd rather do so unmodified, rather than having to remember to delete .htaccess every time I upgrade CKEditor!

Comments: If you try to go to that URL: http://mike.eshva.ru/Modules/CKEditor/scripts/ckeditor/ckeditor.js You'll see the following error: DotNetPanel IIS Modules Error AuthName directive not found. File: f:\HostingSpaces\eshvaru\mike.eshva.ru\wwwroot\Modules\CKEditor\scripts\ckeditor\.htaccess That's a .htaccess included with CKEditor, I wonder if they changed it in the latest version? You can try deleting or fixing that file, let me know how it goes. I don't get this error on my servers since I'm not using any IIS module that attempts to process .htaccess.

It would be good if we had the option to switch between the current enterMode: CKEDITOR.ENTER_BR and CKEDITOR.ENTER_P, without having to edit the CKEditor.Config.cshtml file directly.
Comments: I've now removed the default setting. By the way, if you want to change config without modifying the original, you can include a copy of CKEditor.Config.cshtml in your own module or in the Admin theme.

Comments: The plan is to add most of CKEditor's options to the settings page in Orchard. Work on this has been delayed over Summer. Additionally, the default will be reverted to ENTER_P (I'm not sure why it was that way in the original module version, but ENTER_P is the correct way for web standards).
